EXCHANGE POLICY

Proportion Clothing accepts exchanges of non-sale items in new condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.

You may request to exchange an item for the same style in a different fit, size or color within 14 calendar days from the date you receive an order to request an exchange.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Please contact customer service at support@proportionclothing.com to assist you with your exchange. Please include the order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange in your email. For an eligible exchange, we will place a new order and waive your Shipping and Handling fees for the new merchandise.

Return the original merchandise and upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment, and your new order will be shipped.

If you exchange an item that does not meet our criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense and the new order will be canceled. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Once your package is received, please allow 2-4 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with new tracking information enclosed as soon as your exchange item ships.
