Proportion Clothing accepts non-sale items in new condition, unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit or exchange. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive an order to submit a return request.

Please email [email protected] if you wish to make a return request with your order number in the subject of the email.

All products must be returned in its original packaging and with all related accessories included.

All refunds will be applied to the original payment method, no exceptions.

If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

All Sale Merchandise is Final Sale.


Please email [email protected] to start a return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note, for eligible returns that request a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded to your card. We waive the cost of shipping only for eligible returns for store credit and exchanged items with the 14 day returns and exchange window.

Please reuse our bags when shipping back a return or exchange. Our shipping bags have a second adhesive peel and stick so that you can reuse the existing shipping bag to ship your return or exchange back to us. U.S. RETURN ADDRESS

We recommend that you choose a shipping service that allows you to track your package and that you insure your package.


Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. If you requested a refund, you will receive a refund receipt when your refund is processed. Please allow 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your bank history.


You will be refunded the full amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on your original order. Return requests for refund will have the cost of return shipping deducted from the refund total when processed.


In lieu of a refund, you may elect to be issued a store credit. The store credit will be issued in the amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping on the original order. We will waive the cost of return shipping for returns issued as store credit. You can apply your store credit to orders placed on until the remaining balance is zero. Your store credit will be available to use once your return is delivered to us and processed.


You may exchange an eligible item for a different fit, size or color. Exchanges are complimentary for all US Domestic Orders. Please see exchanges page for more information
